Our services include all the general maintenance trades such as electrical, roofing, plumbing, decorating, carpentry, building and flooring. Additionally we are able to support you with all the necessary compliance such as 5 year periodic fixed electrical testing, PAT testing and landlord's gas certficates.

We can liaise with the local building control officer and planning department, which is vitally important within the Aberdyfi area, as much of the village is within a Conservation Area.

Dyfi Renovations Ltd does not employ unskilled day labourers or unskilled tradesmen, therefore our quotes will not be the cheapest. However we can guarantee that all our work complies with current building regulations and can be insured with The Federation of Master Builders under the 'Master Bond' scheme.
