A recently refurbished, 4 bedroomed property which sleeps up to 10 people. With private access to the sea, in the beautiful town of Aberdovey.
We have limited rental on this magnificent waterside property. Plas Dyfi has it's own private access to the sea, with a large sun terrace on the waterfront.  
Plas Dyfi is the only house for a holiday let which has no obstructions of views to the sea. Each window, from the bedrooms to the kitchen and living room all look over the water.

It is a short walk to the Penhelig bar, and also to the lovely art galleries and boutiques in the main town of Aberdovey.

Description
  • The property has has four large bedrooms – 2 x double, 1 x twin, 1 x 4 single beds- sleeping  10. 
  • It has a large family kitchen/dining room with log burning fire, ipod docking station.
  • A large utility room with washing machine and tumble drier.
  • Three bathrooms, one on each floor.
  • A large living room, complete with plasma TV &  surround sound plus a fire.
  • The boathouse, with access to sun terrace, has a shower/toilet facility for swimmers coming directly off the beach.   drying wetsuits etc.
  • There is a mooring available for small craft.
  • Wireless internet connection (pending).
  • A fantastic terrace facing the sea and south, a fantastic sun trap and great for BBQ's.
  • Dogs welcome.
